1. Program Description

HSM Land Partners uses SMS messaging to contact property owners regarding potential interest in land they own. Messages are informational and conversational.

2. Nature of SMS Communications

HSM Land Partners may initiate a one-time, individualized SMS inquiry regarding a specific property. Continued messaging will occur only after the recipient provides consent to further messages and affirmatively responds and indicates willingness to engage in further discussion.Messages are conversational in nature and relate solely to the property identified in the communication. HSM Land Partners does not operate recurring promotional SMS campaigns.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

If you respond to our initial SMS inquiry and indicate interest in continuing the conversation, you consent to receive follow-up SMS messages from HSM Land Partners related to the specific property referenced in the message.

4. Opt-Out

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. HSM Land Partners is not responsible for carrier charges.

6. Supported Carriers

SMS services are subject to carrier availability and are not guaranteed to be available on all carriers.

HSM Land Partners is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Typically one (1) initial message is sent. If a recipient does not respond to the initial message, we may send one (1) follow-up message. Additional messages only sent if the recipient consents to further communication. If no response is received after the follow-up, no additional messages will be sent unless the recipient initiates further communication.
